Hi, I’m Nadia Pugh Mincey, affectionately known as Nad. I’m a wine lover, people person and experience enthusiast. I appreciate the small things in life like snuggling with my dogs, warm summer nights and home cooked meals. I grew up in Sacramento, surrounded by California wine country, where Cabernet is king, and honestly, I thought all varietals had a singular flavor profile. Natural wine came into my life and punched down what I thought I knew.

Wines made with minimal intervention, bring to life grape varietals that I previously overlooked. The playful unpredictability of natural wine left me wanting to learn (and taste) more. In addition to expanding my palate, natural wine has changed my approach to choosing wine. From farming, to harvest, to fermentation, there is such a respect for nature that goes into crafting these small production wines. This knowledge fuels my personal wine selections and naturally pairs with my lifestyle choices. I’ve earned by WSET 2 certification and on an endless journey to self-educate through others in the industry. My relatable approach to wine provides the opportunity for others to learn; increasing diversity in the wine community.

What began as an outlet to share my sips has evolved into a vessel for sharing experiences reflective of my lifestyle. From wine, wellness, food and travel, I look forward to sharing and growing with you.
