i’m so happy you’re here! but first, it’s pronounced “nod”.

Hey Friend! I’m Nadia, the creator and founder of Nad Wines. My mission is to share, support and educate about minimal intervention wines through digital content, collaborations and tasting events. Habitual wine tasting, curiosity for natural winemaking and a desire for community contributed to the launch of @nadwines in 2020. I’ve learned more than I can write, and every sip serves as fresh inspiration. I hope to connect you with a wine your palate vibes with, a story that intrigues you or simply be your wine friend.

drink wine worth talking about.

what is natural wine?

Natural wine is made from organic or biodynamic grapes, fermented with native yeasts and minimal interventions throughout the winemaking process. In general, but not dogmatic, no additions in the process, just a minimal amount of sulfur (if any) at bottling. While the definition remains debatable, these wines are a true expression of the fruit and the environment in which it was grown. Often the labels of “natural wine”, “minimal intervention wine”, “low intervention wine” are used interchangeably.
